GREEN TIPS
Operational changes that can help the shop to go greener
•
Electronic Shops:
Do not have all television sets and computers turned on all the time. Only turn on
selected models for customers to view and choose from when requested. This will help save electricity
and energy use for air-conditioning.
•
Refer to the special topics in
of this Guide for further green tips for the following
shop types:
1. Restaurants and food courts
2. Supermarkets
3. Hair salons
4. Cinemas
5. Ice rinks
6. Wet markets

a Bring Your Own Bag Campaign, Recycling Campaign, Green Dress Code.
