Following the BEAM Plus assessment tools for “New Buildings” and “Existing Buildings” in 2013, the newly developed
BEAM Plus “Interiors” was launched for non-domestic interiors and fitting-out work including retail, office and commercial
interiors projects in Hong Kong.
